Currently, we are fully immersed in the rollout of a series of disruptive technological processes which have a clear impact on our environment and behaviour.

Connectivity has simply multiplied exponentially.Initially, it was limited to companies and institutions, but nowadays it extends to a significant part of society, tourists, visitors, and even everyday objects.

In this context, there is an obvious challenge for in-destination tourism companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital transformation and the technology supporting it.
