Bet Matoses is Digital Transformation Manager at RocaSalvatella Consultancy. 

She started her professional career as an Industrial Designer and later went on to be an Innovation Consultant at NADIE and Head of Customer Experience at MAPFRE. In 2015, she joined RocaSalvatella, where she has led numerous innovation projects and directed the process of teams’ migration towards "Design Thinking" methodology. 

Ms Matoses holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Administration from the UPF and a Diploma in Industrial Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design. She teaches Strategy and Creativity as part of the Master's Degree in Design and Internet Web Project Direction at ELISAVA and in the Digital Transformation Postgraduate Course at the UPF. 

Her vision of digital transformation linked to Design Thinking is her contribution to GoingDigital.
