Francisco Lupiáñez is Associate Professor at the UOC (Open University of Catalonia) and Researcher at the IN3 (Internet Interdisciplinary Institute).PhD in Society of Information and Knowledge and a Degree in Economics from the University of Oviedo. He is nationally recognised for his knowledge of the triangle health-internet-society.

Through his publications in  ICT Consequences, he shares his knowledge of the Network Society and his interest in social, economic, cultural and political issues related to digital transformation of information and communication.

At GoingDigital, he collaborates by offering a holistic view on the health sector and on the impact that digitisation has on its transformation.
