Mireia Garcia is an Expert in Customer Experience, Quality 2.0, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Strategy and Innovation.For over 20 years, she has led transformation projects and has designed and implemented Innovation models in companies such as MRW, Areas or Bureau VeritasCurrently she is Director of the Innovation and Transformation area at Forcadell.

For Ms Garcia, everything revolves around customer experience, around which a change in business culture must be promoted which puts the user at the very centre.Furthermore, she considers that a process of digital transformation is needed to foster innovation, growth and sustainability of enterprises.

She graduated in Engineering in the Food Industry from the UPC and in Food Science and Technology from the UB (Barcelona University); she also holds a Master's Degree in Quality Management from the UPC and has attended several IESE and ESADE programmes in strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and innovation in companies.
