Gerard Vélez is Digital Transformation Director at RocaSalvatella, a strategic consulting firm for digital transformation.
With 15 years of experience in the field of human resources, he is a specialist in digital skills and corporate social networks, through which he deals with redefining the key digital transformation processes of organisations.
Before joining Rocasalvatella, he was in charge of social learning at La Caixa for 12 years, developing virtual spaces for informal learning in collaborative environments. Vélez graduated in Statistics from the UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia), holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Human Resource Management from ESADE and postgraduate studies in Banking from the UPF (Pompeu Fabra University).
